The Evidence Ministry founder, Charlene E. Cothran, presented two workshops on ministering to homosexuals during WOW's four day, two city conference.  Charlene was also an opening speaker for the general convention, presenting just before Dr. Tony Evans, to nearly 800 inspired attendees.
